It is well known that the Inca civilization constructed a massive system of roads and trails in the highlands of Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and Colombia with connections with the Pacific Ocean. Now there appears to be a stone road that connected the Atlantic Ocean with the Inca capital of Cusco; and beyond??? Did the Portuguese visit Cusco before the Spanish?
